SeaRoad provides quality, customer focused services through purpose-built RoRo shipping vessels and a logistics infrastructure which is optimally suited to Bass Strait shipping requirements.


About the role

SeaRoad Logistics is currently looking to hire a permanent full-time Customer Service Support to join our Sales and Marketing team in Port Melbourne. This role plays an integral part in providing a high level of customer service support to the existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a customer centric mindset, be a team player and have a passion for exceptional customer service.


Key tasks include:

· Support the Customer Service Manager to achieve stated Company goals

· Help coordinate critical interfaces with the Sales and Operations team to ensure service requests are fulfilled to meet customer expectations

· Work with the Sales Team to achieve Key Performance Indicators


Ideally, the successful candidate will possess:

· A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service delivery within logistics and warehousing

· Strong administration and data entry skills

· Able to multi task whilst maintaining attention to detail

· Ability to work in a team environment

· High level of computer literacy and understanding of systems

· Able to analyse issues and identify errors
