How will I help?

Lending Managers are critical to achieving Business Bank’s vision of helping make Australian businesses stronger. As a lending expert, you’ll work as a trusted partner to Business Bank Relationship Managers managing all lending requests that come through. You will ensure we are putting our customer first by maintaining exceptionally high standards of deal quality and achieving first time right principles. Your expertise will extend to providing guidance and coaching to bankers on lending requirements with a passion for executing complex credit proposals in an efficient and effective manner.

What do I need?

You’ll be naturally motivated and energetic, ideally with an understanding of financial analysis and credit standards for Consumer and/or SME Banking, and strong knowledge of loan writing. Helpfulness is in your DNA, so building strong relationships with our customers and taking ownership is second nature to you. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with your internal business partners, most importantly with SME Credit.
