JOB DESCRIPTION
How will I help?
As a Digital Content Publisher in the Channel Strategy team, you will be responsible for quality checking and the publication of content across seven brand OBI intranet sites. Establishing a strong working relationship with stakeholders & SMEs across all divisions of the business to ensure their content and communication needs are met, you will have a key role in ensuring the One Bank Intranet continues to operate at a high level and their content is maintained to high standards.
Key Accountabilities Will Include
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of and ensure all published content adheres to OBI's design & governance standards and site usability principles
- Resizing and formatting graphics as needed for multiple responsive environments
- Applying search engine optimization techniques
- Web maintenance and general housekeeping tasks
- Maintenance of the publication request mailbox using clear and concise filing practices

What do I need?
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, including flexibility and the ability to respond to short deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to proactively identify issues before they arise and develop strategies to minimise impact
- Ability to build and manage strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and business partners
- Previous Content Management System experience (Adobe Manager) (desirable)
- Understanding of Digital terminologies and W3C Accessibility standards (desirable)
- Understanding of editing skills in Adobe Photoshop desirable
- HTML & CSS skills desirable
