How will I help?

The Head of Digital and Analytics is responsible for the overall management and delivery of digital and analytics solutions across the Legal and Secretariat division at Westpac Group. The role will manage a team of high performing employees and you will report directly into the Head of Operations, Transformation and Strategy.

The Head of Digital and Analytics proactively works with the Legal and Secretariat leadership team and various practice heads across divisions to provide technology and data driven project/program management, MI reporting, data governance, analytics modelling and business application support.

This role will see you lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives, the effective management of data, reporting and systems.

This role is permanent, full time and is based in Sydney.

What do I need?

This is a key leadership role within the Legal & Secretariat team and as such we are looking for candidates with 12 + years’ experience in digital transformation, data management and systems operations with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Candidates with a strong delivery mindset, leadership, hands on attitude and knowledge of contemporary data practice and technology would be well suited to this position.

You Will Also Have

• Proven track record of leading high-performing digital and data transformation teams.
• Excellent proficiency in translating and analysing data.
• Exceptional delivery, stakeholder, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional influencing skills and communication at C-level.
• Tertiary education in science, business, technology, engineering, or mathematics is desirable.
