Unique & exciting opportunity to join the Chief Digital and Marketing Office (CDMO) Line 1 Business Controls and Monitoring team, within the Consumer Banking Division.
- Join the team leading Digital Transformation for the Group
- Drive risk culture across the digital channel, marketing, brand & campaign execution
- Provide meaningful insights to support key business decisions
As a Senior Risk Manager within Business Controls & Monitoring, this line 1 Risk role will directly support the Chief Digital and Marketing Office (CDMO) by driving risk and compliance through leadership and by overseeing change governance deliverables, including consumer marketing content and collateral. You will also support ongoing risk and compliance oversight of strategic partnerships and oversee CDMO vendor management in line with Group frameworks and internal requirements.
In addition, this role is also responsible for driving risk and compliance awareness which may arise as a result of customer facing content and vendor agreements that may impact the end customer, business processing, resources and IT systems and prevent the business from achieving its objectives.

What do I need?
Ideally, you will have a strong compliance background (1st or 2nd line), gained in the consumer/retail banking sector. Additional operational risk experience and exposure to marketing/digital will be highly regarded.
You will also have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to influence and appropriately challenge stakeholders across the business unit, division and wider group.
