Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing a mature portfolio of 3rd Party referrers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new 3rd party referral partners, as well as build on your own business networks to identify customers. You will be providing coaching and support to Mobile Lending Managers, Regional Executives, Relationship Directors and Relationship Managers across the St George Retail Network.

To be successful in this role you would ideally have a fundamental understanding of the principles of Home Lending. You will be a passionate and enthusiastic self-starter with a proven track record in building relationships with business referrers.
