 You are part of a technology products and services division, that creates market differentiation through deployment of resilient, innovative technology and contemporary methods, at scale.

The purpose and unique contribution of your role is to create and deliver a Communications plan and associated artefacts across a wide group of stakeholders in Technology and Operations (and beyond) to ensure our people are engaged and

You will also have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and skills so that they can be utilised more broadly within Technology and Operations.

Key Duties:

  • Enable teams to activate end to end digital experiences for customers, colleagues and partners, that are more secure, robust and scalable than ever before, and deliver them with lightning speed.
  • Bring thought leadership in your field of expertise to support the planning and execution of Technology and Operation’s strategic priorities, contemporary operating model and business plan.
  • Contribute to both Technology and Operations and performance with insights, collaborative input and expertise that promotes value creation, innovation, managed risk, and improved performance.
  • Continue to develop and plan for future growth, enabling enterprise programs and managing products and services across the entire estate.
  • Ensure a workplace of safety and wellbeing for our people.
  • Contribute to your team’s performance by taking on broader accountabilities that reflect your capabilities, skills and development goals to contribute to your squad’s success.

Your skills and experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, HR or related fields.
  • Industry or specialist qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications and change.
  • Ability to influence communication across large and diverse stakeholder groups – including at executive level.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills – conversational style.
  • Graphic design skills for appealing communications.
  • Experience with designing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Creative Cloud would be highly regarded.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – a proven ability to form effective relationships and communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Builds effective internal relationships – a collaborative influencer who builds and fosters enduring relationships.
