About the role 

We have exciting on-going opportunity for a Media Officer (Broadcast) in the Library and Information Services Unit at the Parliament of Victoria.
Reporting to the Coordinator of Information Access and Management, this role is responsible for maintaining and developing the Library's media monitoring systems to provide prompt, on-demand delivery of news clips and current affairs programs to clients ensuring that media are stored to the latest archival standards for future access to the collection.

About you

You will have recent experience in working with commercial media monitoring services and capturing and editing digital A/V.

The key to your success in this role is your technical knowledge and experience in the provision of a range of digital media services, coupled with your interpersonal skills and ability to work constructively in a team.

You will be a strong communicator who works well under pressure and be known as a collaborative team member.
