Our Client is a leading Global engineering firm, who are now looking for a Change Manager for their Melbourne team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for Change Management processes, methodology, documentation, and implementation for the program.
  • Strategically drive and lead transformational change agenda, strategy and plan Create and manage the change strategy, plan and schedule, aligned with program activities to address stakeholder management, training, education and communications.
  • Oversee and guide the Business and Stakeholder engagement, communication and Change Champion facilitation activities identified as part of the stakeholder analysis and communication needs of the audience and the Program.
  • Oversee and guide the Learning and Performance Support design and delivery activities identified to address the Learning needs of all stakeholder groups.
  • Monitor and report on all change management activities across the program.
  • Identity and manage issues and risks relevant to the successful delivery of all changes and removal of any barriers to change and adoption of new ways of working being brought about by the program.
  • Guide and coach program team members re understanding the change strategy and support the enablement and delivery of change across the business.

Skills Required:

  • 12+ year's experience in Organisational Change and Communications Management
  • Extensive experience in managing and delivering change on large scale business transformation and systems implementations.
  • Extensive experience and ability to assess and manage stakeholders and stakeholder interventions
  • Experience of using change management tools and techniques
  • Substantial experience of providing change and communications support within a professional service environment and/or a major organisation.
  • Experience working with distributed teams, spread across geographies and time zones
  • Experience working on technology driven projects.
  • Experience with Engineering industry and/or Information Security-related changes preferred
  • Strong analytical & presentation skills
  • Project management skills
