- Total Indicative Remuneration AHP-2 $92,017/$106,446 p.a.
- Temporary up to 11/3/22 and part-time working 15 hours per week
Psychologists within the PMU are accountable for the provision of a range of psychology services in order to achieve better health outcomes for patients. Responsibilities of the role include assessment and intervention (both individual and group), delivery of pre-clinic information sessions, and country outreach work to designated centres. The position may also involve opportunities for research and quality activities.
Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply due to the learning and development opportunities of the position. The successful candidate will enjoy a wide variety in their work, gain valuable clinical supervision from experienced clinicians, and develop skills in pain management that can be transferred to a variety of healthcare settings, including rehabilitation and other hospital work.
To be eligible, you must hold an appropriate degree (Masters of Clinical or Health Psychology) or equivalent qualification as recognised by AHPRA/Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), and you must hold general registration with the PsyBA.
