AHP-1 The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the provision of Occupational Therapy services to clients with brain injury to maximise their potential to achieve optimum independence and quality of life. This will require involvement with clients and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds and beliefs in a team setting. The incumbent is expected to provide effective clinical services to clients with complex conditions efficiently with supervision.

AHP-2 The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the provision of Specialist Occupational Therapy Services to clients with brain injury to maximise their potential to achieve optimum independence and quality of life. This will require involvement with clients and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds and beliefs in a team setting. This role includes educational duties as well as the provision of clinical support and training of Occupational Therapist and undergraduate students. The incumbent is expected to provide effective clinical services to clients with complex conditions efficiently with limited supervisions. In addition, you will assist the Principal Clinician and Senior Occupational Therapist by represent the discipline in service development as requested.

Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Occupational Therapy Registration Board of Australia and the Australian Health Professional Registration Agency.
