What is the role?
We're on the lookout for a motivated Administration Assistant to assist our Adelaide branch with day to day office duties. More specifically, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support that include (but not limited to): client file reviews, managing accounts, banking, redirection of incoming calls, ordering office supplies. More importantly, you will be given the appropriate training required to learn our system in order to upskill your skillset in the insurance industry.
About You
- Previous experience in administration, sales or customer service
- Experience within insurance i.e. underwriting, claims or broking viewed favourably
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
