Labourer / yard hand positions available at our processing facility in Pinkenba/ Eagle Farm area. Forklift ticket is preferred. Immediate start. Day shifts and afternoon shifts available. These positions lead to full time permanent after a probation period.

Requirements:

• Forklift Licence (advantage)
• Drivers Licence and reliable personal vehicle
• Labour experience
• Experience in heavy &/or steel industry or similar
• Ability to do 5am starts (or afternoon shift starts 2pm)
• 8+ hour days
• Occasional Saturdays
• Standard communication skills
• Pre- Employment drug and Alcohol testing

Responsibilities:

• Forklift driving and machine operating
• Overhead crane operation
• Unloading and loading of trucks
• Manual handling
• Grinding steel and general labouring
• You’ll need a high regard for safety
• Participate in drug and alcohol testing
