Established in 1990, Multimedia Technology is an Australian owned company that can offer long term career development. We are a distributor of AV/IT products selling such brands as Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Synology, EVGA, Philips to well-known resellers across Australia.

We are seeking applications from ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Professionals with an interest in technology to join our Brisbane Office. You will be responsible for developing ongoing business with existing resellers and pro-actively identifying new business opportunities both locally and nationally.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated and be confident in their sales ability. As a member of our high performing sales team, you will contribute to the ongoing success of our business.

A typical day will include:

  • Pro-actively working with resellers over the phone
  • Identifying sales opportunities with new and existing resellers
  • Quoting and negotiating prices on solutions
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
  • Working alongside other teams

Desirable skills for this position are:

  • The determination to be successful in sales
  • An ability to understand and interpret new technology
  • The ability to listen and relate to customers from diverse backgrounds and environments - relationship building is key to the role
  • Experience in business to business ‘B2B’ or a retail sales environment
  • Good time management skills
