The Sports Club is situated in Hervey Bay Queensland, we provide playing Fields for Soccer and Touch Football teams and host various visiting playing groups, and home to the areas largest Fishing Club. The Sports Club has been operating since 1975. The Club generates it profit from the Bar and Gaming facilities, and employs 7 Staff. The club's Bistro is leased with the General Manager communicating on a daily basis with the Lease Holders. The Club has been renovated in recent years and has regular Patronage from its members.

Qualifications & experience

The sucessful applicant will have proven success in Management of a Club Bar and Gaming Venue and possess the relevant RSA and RGA Licence.
The Position suits a enegetic Manager who wishes to hone their Management Skills, prior General Management experience would be a advantage but not a necessity as on site training will be provided.

Tasks & responsibilities

The General Manager position will be to manager the Sports Club, Bar and Gaming.
The General Manager reports to the Committee and is responsible for the following Profitability, Sales, Expense Control, Staff Management, Field Control and Club Promotion.

Benefits

A yearly Bonus will be negotiated for the Manager that meets the KPI's set by the Committee.
