About the Role

You will be the face of the organization, looking after front reception and responding to general enquiries through face-to-face contact, email or phone.

As the face of the organization, the successful applicant will have a strong focus on service and the ability to build a strong rapport with clients, stakeholders and the team.

This role will have responsibility for rostering and conversing with staff, facilitating referrals for new clients and dealing with general enquiries so the ability to effectively and efficiently engage with people, will managing various tasks will be critical.

This role will be responsible for assisting in general office administrative tasks to support the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Front desk reception and general office duties

- Data collection, data entry and maintaining data trackers

- Handling, directing and responding to inbound calls and emails

- Setting and following up on appointments by phone, email and software apps

- Creating and managing staff rosters

- Work closely with Management to ensure the office and workflow is running efficiently

- Manage meetings and follow-ups

About you

You must possess:

- Experience in an administrative role

- Extensive experience creating and managing rosters

- An in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

- Ability to quickly form relationships and work within a team environment and with key stakeholders

- Friendly/professional phone manner

- Ability to quickly learn computer programs

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work towards strict deadlines

- Reliable and hard working

- Ability to adapt to work changes/ flexible

- Time management skills

- Blue Card or ability to quickly attain them

It is to your advantage if you have:

- A Cert III in Office Administration or at least 2 years of experience as an administrator

- Experience in staff rostering

- Experience in the community services sector (Youth Justice, Child Safety, NDIS etc

- Ability to obtain national police clearance
