About the Role

Our company is on the lookout for an experienced marketing specialist to join our team. As the marketing specialist, you will be responsible for the development and management of all our marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is a team player and is able to prioritize tasks to get things done. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Research complex data and analytical models; adopting them to creating engaging content for the websites, social media, email, and SEO campaigns.
  • Create consumer awareness and effectively to promote our business.
  • Working closely with company executives for brand awareness, strategies for increasing sales, better approaches to promote and reach the target market for the services provided by our company.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders for website management, building SEO Management, to setup company CRM systems and suggest improvements.
  • Work vigilantly to keep our customers updated of any changes or news from the Immigration department or any other relevant organization.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties performed as requested.

About you

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Particularly Photoshop) with the ability to create new marketing materials.
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English
  • Experience across all marketing and social channels
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently, and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Most importantly, we are seeking an individual who is open to learning, quick to adapt and comes with a can-do attitude.
