JOB DESCRIPTION

Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. The program is active in over 25 countries and has offices in 7 countries, the Head Office is based in Indooroopilly, Brisbane.

We currently have an opportunity for a Graduate with administrative experience to join our Head Office team. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a psychology related, socially responsible environment while creating potential to advance skills and develop career pathways. The role will be up to 5 days on a casual basis.

The Role

Is responsible for supporting our Program Implementation team. Duties may include:

  • Supporting research activities, e.g. assistance with brief literature reviews
  • Assist with the development of documents, proposals and presentations
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
  • Fact checking
  • Formatting of documents
  • General administration duties

The Person

To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills and experience:

  • Office administration experience
  • Undergraduate degree in psychology (ideally with Honours)
  • Research and analysis skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Team player

The role is based at our Indooroopilly head office, with onsite parking.
