The Stellarossa brand was born out of a passion for quality coffee, service excellence and delicious flavours. We aim to provide our guests with a premium experience each and every time they visit one of our cafes.We are seeking a highly motivated, hands on and driven star who loves the challenge of a fast paced, ever changing environment, to manage the daily operations of our Banyo venue. A positive attitude and a love of the industry is a must! ideally, you have experience in cafe management, and have worked a minimum of 3 years successfully in a similar role, either single or multi site.Reporting to the Operations Manager and Directors, this role will see you lead & coach your team to success, and maintain/improve our guest's experience with us.

Qualifications & experience

• Capable of leading and developing a strong team and culture
• A flexible leadership style to manage and train staff, with outstanding people management skills.
• Strong understanding of costs, and able to manage labour and cost of sales
• Fantastic communication skills
• Strong coffee and food knowledge
• High level of presentation, and keen eye for detail.
• Current RSA Certificate
• Current Food Safety supervisor Certification - or be willing to aquire.
• Current First Aid Certification - or be willing to aquire.
• minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide personable, efficient and fun service to our guests - and promote the same with your team.
• Managing and creating the overall atmosphere and ambience.
• Ensuring compliance in conjunction with operations, with OH & S, and Stellarossa HQ policies and procedures.
• Ensuring a clean, safe and well maintained venue at all times.
• Manage community outreach and marketing via social media, and face to face opportunities, in conjunction with our gold coast venues.
• Responsible for growth via well targeted sales strategies, and in store promotions.
• You will be a self starter - and full training and support will be provided.
• Be available to work weekends on a rotational basis.

Salary: $49,105.00 – $60,017.00 per year
