The role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a permanent Part Time Food Services Supervisor role at Union College in St Lucia.

Roster: Monday to Thursday 5.30am - 1.30pm & Sunday 06.30am - 2.00pm

What this role involves:

  • Focus on overlooking the smooth service operation of the daily borders' meals and functions
  • Supervise kitchen and service staff and ensure service is maintained to the standards required
  • Extensive dishwashing
  • Maintaining proper food hygiene and safety practices
  • Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a smile
  • Assisting the broader team as required

What we require from you:

  • Food Safety Supervisor & RSA (required)
  • Cooking experience (preferred)
  • Previous contract catering experience (desirable)
  • Previous dinner service and function experience
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Excellent customer service skills and a peoples person
