As the Strategic Insights Analyst you will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex issues and the ongoing performance of Digital and Customer Operations. You will drive strategic and commercial analysis of relevant data and provide thoughtful insights to facilitate more informed, data driven decision making by business stakeholders.

This role is also responsible for understanding the strategic nature of all projects, sourcing the most applicable insights from across the Group, leading the analysis, coordinating reports and developing solutions to assist senior management in making significant strategic decisions.

You’ll have –

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, science, technology, engineering, mathematics or a related discipline

  • Experience in driving results in a fast paced and continuously changing environment

  • Experience in strategy development and execution

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A high level of commercial acumen

  • High level of computer literacy, with extensive knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint, coupled with an ability to source data from internal IT systems

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, contribute and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries

  • Advanced decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately delegate

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
