What's in it for you?

• $80,000-$90,000 Package 
• Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 pm

• Work closely with new and existing clients to help define, create, test, optimize and deploy high-quality data-driven experiences
• Be involved with all aspects of campaigns - implementation, execution, monitoring, and optimization on Salesforce and Pardot
• Improve and automate processes to increase the client's efficiency and productivity as well as following best practice
• Administrating and maintaining marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Involvement in marketing automation implementation projects
• Developing marketing technology, automation and analytics strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps
• Designing client's real-time usage data automation to personalise content and communication logic to drive leads and conversions

• 3+ years in a CRM or similar Data Marketing + Technology focused role
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Demonstrated experience developing in common web-based client and server-side programming languages
• Fluent understanding of common data structures
• Demonstrated understanding of Customer Marketing & Automation practices
• Technical and detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to self-teach and use initiative to solve problems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 
• Hard-working, dedicated, goal orientated
• Resilient and decisive with a positive attitude
