The purpose of this position is to lead the Queensland Sales team, to develop and drive a winning strategy for growth and profitability within the state. To take responsibility for all elements of the State business, including operational, people leadership, profitability and act as a brand ambassador within the state. This is a dynamic role and will be responsible for developing and owning the sales and marketing strategy to deliver the required business KPI's and targets. This role reports into the National Sales Director who will mentor this role and develop the successful candidate to the next level of leadership.

You will be an energetic person with a high level of drive and passion, the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with your eye on the prize. You are ambitious and able to learn and adapt in the pursuit of a great outcomes in real time. The ability to travel is a must as the role will service clients and projects throughout Queensland. Organisation, level headed and calm approach coupled wih a positive and winning attitude will see fit within a high performing State team.

  • Proven successful track record of sales leadership
  • Industry related knowledge, experience of construction industry, architecture / design and specification process.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline advantageous
  • Experienced with CRM
  • Sound Marketing knowledge
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong IT Skills and refined communications skill
