Care Assistant - Immediate starts
We are recruiting experienced Care Assistants who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to supporting vulnerable adults. Care Assistants play a key role in the day to day life of clients. They are responsible for ensuring the client is well-cared for and enabling them to live full and enriched lives. From providing personal care through to life-enhancing activities, the person-centred care you provide has a big impact on our clients.
Delivering high standards of personalised care to clients whilst ensuring that at all times clients are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual's rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
