Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Review collector’s calls, notes and outcomes against our Quality Assurance framework
- Ensure all staff are compliant with company policy, legal requirements and debt collection guidelines (if collections isn’t your background we’ll train you on this first)
- Apply our policies and processes objectively without bias but by applying common sense principles and an ethical and fair approach
- Provide feedback on performance to multiple stakeholders such as collectors, Team Leaders, Operations Managers and more
Who We’re Looking For
- You’ll have a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
- The ability to handle complex situations and tough decision making in a reasonable and efficient manner
- The ability to use judgement and critical thinking to apply policy and processes to real time examples of work
- Experience in Collections or Quality Assurance in a call centre environment (preferable but if you’re the right candidate we’ll work with you here)
