Some of our key service areas include; Domestic, Commercial, Civil and Construction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic administration professional to join our team. You will bring a positive attitude, be warm and friendly with excellent organisational skills, great communication skills and an autonomous nature with the desire to own the role.
You will be joining a fast paced office environment in a role that includes a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Answer the phone and deal with calls as necessary
- Liaise with our customers, tradesmen & subcontractors to ensure our customers are satisfied beyond their expectations
- Attend to requests for works/jobs as they arrive via phone, email and other communication portals
- Be able to handle surprises
- Be committed and passionate to making a difference
- Customer service
- Assisting in operational functions of the business
- Using job management software to manage work flows for the service and maintenance department, including; job creation, job scheduling to technical field staff, updating job details, ensuring accurate and timely detail and pushing details to technical field staff via phone application
- A fabulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
- Liaising with local authorities and businesses
- Be actively involved in regular meetings
- General administration and operations duties as required
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
You should have good computer skills and be used to working with and understand the importance of a software system to deliver a service. Experience in a service environment involving parts and scheduling will be highly regarded, although not mandatory.
Other skills and expertise required include:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar environment
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Skilled in prioritisation and ability to multi-task
- Superior customer service skills
- A 'team player' attitude
- Experience with Simpro job management system an advantage
You will have a mature outlook with the ability to communicate with people on all levels. You must have strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. The position is full time.
Salary is negotiable based on skills and ability.
