The Company;

They're Australian owned and have grown significantly in the last 10 years to have a global presence to compliment their long-term local customers. Growth is continuing and they're as busy as ever. The challenge here is keeping the business agile whilst delivering the best customer service.

The products are highly technical and support a range of human activities and can ultimately change lives.

The Role:

You'll be cross trained in a team of 5 where no two days will be the same. Being organised enough support customers and deal with a range of new sales, compliance, warehousing and logistics queries is the key.

The actual position description is long but some of the key areas of focus are;

  • Managing 100+ calls and emails per day.
  • Resolution of product or service impacts.
  • Building relationships with Sales & third-party logistics to pre-empt potential issues impacting the customer.
  • Working closely with inventory management team.
  • Manage customer expectations around delivery and servicing.
  • Run reports for various stakeholders through Salesforce and Oracle.
  • Deal with odd ball requests from certain clients (!)


In addition to your own efforts, you'll be given technical product training on a regular basis, systems training and a lot of support from your team and Manager to solve the problems you'll be facing on a regular basis.

What we'll need from You;

  • Able to manage large volumes of incoming calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evidence of delivering internal and external customer service in a chaotic / unstructured environment.
  • A problem solver mentality, someone who enjoys dealing with challenges.
  • Demonstrate a team focus, support others, collaborate to solve problems and be happy to ask questions.
  • Be organised enough to prioritise well and manage expectations of those relying on you.
