To support our RTO’s learning programs, we're looking for highly experienced energetic trainers & assessors for our Cert IV in Customer Engagement
To Be Considered You Must Have
- A Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116)
- Relevant customer engagement competencies and/or quals at least to the level being delivered & assessed
- Ability to motivate trainees & deliver engaging learning to diverse groups of trainees
- High level of facilitation, consultation, communication & coaching skills
- Considerable hands-on experience in delivering formal certified learning programs
- Demonstrated ability & commitment to upholding RTO standards including training & assessment practices
In This Role, You Will Need To
- Deliver Cert IV Customer Engagement training sessions
- Support trainees with their learning and assessment material
- Work closely with trainees and their managers to ensure skills development and traineeship completions
- Provide coaching to trainees in the workplace
- Assist with qualification assessments when required
- Provide feedback on training effectiveness and trainee progress
- Update materials to support program innovation
- Travel to different sites to deliver training when required.
