- Monitoring of Employee satisfaction
- Support recruitment and on-boarding process
- Drive Campus engagement for the next generation of talent
RequirementsPostgraduate Degree with the following subjects:
- Business Studies With specialisation in HR
- Business Administration
- Management
- Business Information Technology
The core skills of a Human Resource Analyst should also include:
- Experience working with senior decision makers
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical background
- Critical thinking skills
- Attention to details
