AI Australia is looking for a HR Business Partner (Intern) to join our human resources operations.

This is a great opportunity to not only be part of our HR team, but to also attached to one or more business units or AI brands to support cultural transformation programs, across over 200 staff.

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  
• Conduct weekly meetings with BU lead/Project Manager
  
• Work closely with Project manager/BU lead to improve work culture, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  
• Create cultural awareness across the organisation
  
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  
• Support evaluation of training programs
  
• Suggest new HR strategies
  
• Actively provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning
  

RequirementsPostgraduate Degree with the following subjects:

• Business Studies With specialisation in HR
  
• Business Administration
  
• Management
  

Skills Required:

• Sound understanding of all HR Functions & Practices
  
• Excellent people management skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Excellent presentation and coordination skills
  
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
