Campbelltown Private Hospital is looking to employ a Food Services Assistant to join their busy department on a part-time basis. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.

As a Food Services Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver, serve and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays
  • Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
  • Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment in accordance with hospital & industry food safety and hygiene standards

Campbelltown Private Hospital is a purpose built private hospital located in Park Central, the ever-growing medical hub of Campbelltown. Our modern facilities include 8 operating theatres, 52 Surgical beds, 16 bed Day Surgery Unit and 34 bed Rehabilitation Unit. We offer excellent employee conditions with extensive support offered by our Management team.

Selection Criteria:
  • Current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (working towards or willing to attain)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Healthcare Food Services or Hospitality
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late shifts & weekend work
  • Must meet the requirements for Category A, for occupational staff health and screening, and provide evidence of the required immunisations
