What’s the role?

  • Understand platforms strategic and competitive position and deliver 3rd party products that are aligned with our mission and recognised as best in the industry.
  • Manage the end to end product lifecycle from concept, to design, MVP, forecast, cost, production, promotion, support, product improvements and end of life.
  • Use data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder management that builds strong partnerships within the business and externally. 
  • Customer focus, interviewing and surveying customers throughout the entire product lifecycle to ensure the customer is at the centre of product development, and decisions are customer led, and that our products solve for our customers pain points.
  • Analysis of Industry insights and data, market and competitor research to ensure our products are at the cutting edge and deliver a strong competitive advantage to our business and customers. 
  • Strong project management to ensure tasks and projects are delivered on time and seamlessly among key stakeholders.

Who are you?

  • Tertiary or relevant studies undertaken within Marketing or related discipline, combined with at least five years' experience working in a digital product role.
  • Be a performance marketing channel expert with a proven record of driving business growth and profitability through product development. You should live and breathe digital and marketing.
  • Have extensive experience and exposure to sales, customers and the market, with a fundamental understanding of SMBs and their needs and requirements. 
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills to ensure you can build strong, confidence building partnerships within the team, broader organisation and externally. 
  • Strong analytical ability and experience, strong project management experience and extensive experience working with digital marketing products and marketing technology and very comfortable in performance platforms like Google ads, Facebook ads manager.
