Established startup within the ecommerce sector who have created Australia's largest online marketplace within their sector are looking to grow their Product team across Product, Engineering and Design.

They have three core product streams which are made up of - Marketplace, Design & Infrastructure and New Business.

Last year they began to build the Product function out and now the team has:
- Head of Product
- 3 x Product Managers 
- 2 x Product Designers

They are in the process of expanding across NZL with plans to reach into the US and European markets over the next couple of years.

The role

They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join and work in a squad alongside Engineers and Designers, and you'll be owning a product stream, working end to end across full product lifecycle. 

• Own product process across specific stream - research through to delivered solution.
• Determine customers pain points and needs.
• Leading product team of engineers, designers and testers.
• Create digital products that solve consumer and business problems. 
• Roadmap and sprint planning, feature tracking and reporting. 

• Experienced across product discovery and delivery.
• Comfortable working with and articulating to stakeholders. 
• True end to end product experience.
• Customer-centric.
• Solid product background within an agile environment.
