This expanding international freight forwarder is keen to add to their already impressive operations team. To be considered for this role you should have import air and sea operations experience, or either and be willing to learn the rest.

• Job registration
• Monitoring cargo availability and status
• Cargo automation
• Organising & lodging underbond movements
• Finalising invoices to clients, overseas offices and third parties 
• Monitoring movement of transhipment cargo
• Collection & handover of delivery orders and EDO's
• Organising local & interstate road movements 
• Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, overseas offices, customers, suppliers and internal staff 

• Import operations experience within freight forwarding environment
• CargoWise experience desirable
• Computer literacy in MS Word and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Team player
