The Operations department is an integral part of the Pepper team, providing a range of services and expertise in delivering robust infrastructure, analytics and digital solutions to a fast-paced environment. Our Operations teams performs a range of post settlement servicing functions across various portfolios and asset classes. Comprising a lively Contact Centre, a busy administration team and a dedicated dispute handling department. Our teams thrive on providing industry best service.

What We Have on Offer

Based in Parramatta, we are seeking an experienced Collections Officer on a full time permanent basis to ensure the timely collection and maintenance of delinquent accounts through controlled policy, processes and legislative requirements.

What We Are Looking for in You

Can Do

  • At least two year experience in a Collections environment.
  • Ability to understand and appropriately utilise systems and processes for the benefit of debt collection and achieve the required position outcomes.
  • Proven to be self-motivated, driven, highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
  • Remain calm under pressure and be a problem solver.
  • Deliver high quality work whist maintaining turnaround times.


  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide exemplary levels of service to customers.
  • A team player and will form part of the existing positive department and company culture.
