The Company

Our client is a global organisation based in Sydneys Greater West. They are searching for a part-time Accounts Clerk to support their team as they go through an important project. Supporting a team of 3, you will act as a point of contact to the wider business.

The Role

  • Matching, batching and coding invoices.
  • Answering and resolving internal and external queries.
  • Processing expense reports.
  • Updating and reconciling the sub-ledger to the General Ledger.
  • Processing cheques.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Successfully completed a Degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
  • Two years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.
  • Must have SAP & Concur.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers.
