Our Business Support division does exactly that, specialising in the recruitment and selection of highly skilled administration professionals on both a temporary and permanent basis for a wide variety of clients the Sydney professional community.

We are now looking for an experienced business consultant to strengthen our successful team.

You will be in contact with many different sectors, companies both large and small, global brands, SMEs and professionals. On the one hand you will assist organisations in building a productive and committed team. On the other, you will play a meaningful role in building people's careers.

How do you do that?

Through your commercial attitude and approach, you will build your own client portfolio whilst developing your relationship with existing customers:

  • You will develop long-term relationships with your customers. Companies will know that they can contact you for all their questions and recruitment needs in business support and administration. You will be become a trusted partner to them.

  • Companies will rely on your guidance throughout the entire recruitment process (advice, strategy, presentation of suitable candidates, salary negotiations, etc.)

  • You will develop a strong network of business support, HR and administration professionals

  • You will be a trusted liaison for your candidates from the very first time you speak with them. You will guide them throughout their professional careers (career/interview/salary advice, market intel, at times acting as a counsellor). You might be their first contact with the job market.

  • You will constantly screen the market in search of job opportunities in line with their preferences and their competencies.

As a high-quality business partner, you will find the right people for the right job. Your customers will want to work with you for your insights and knowledge of the business world and labour market.

What are we looking for?

  • As an experienced consultant, you may be working or have worked in a recruitment agency with a track record of success in building your desk and placing candidates on a temporary, contract or permanent basis.

  • As an experienced business-to-business sales professional, you will be passionate about switching your career to recruitment, knowing that your skills and commercial savviness will yield great success in our business. We will train and develop you in all the nuances of our industry.

  • You will have a strong interest in the business world. Because of your maturity and expertise, you will be adding value to your client and candidate base at every turn.

  • You have excellent commercial and networking skills. As a true entrepreneur you enjoy building existing and new partnerships with customers.

  • You are resilient and have the necessary drive to succeed, motivated by achieving personal goals and being recognised for your effort – not only locally but globally.
