About the opportunity: 

This is a Permanent Part Time position for a Registered Nurse to provide support to our Specialised Supported Living customers in Guildford West.

Duties include (but are not limited to): 

• Coordinating customer and clinical services to promote improvement in quality of life and foster independence for people with disability
• Providing person-centred, effective nursing care and support to our customers
• Engaging with staff to providing feedback, coaching, training and support to improve and maximise performance
• Ensuring day to day administrative processes are operating effectively

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience as a RN in the disability field, with knowledge of the NSW Disability Standards and WHS principles
• Confidence with analytical and critical decision-making in an in-charge position
• Prepared to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
• Familiarity and confidence in the use of technology
• Australian driver's licence, and willingness to drive a 12 seater van
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and tertiary qualifications
• Possess a NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
