JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Assistant with the National Centre for Farmer Health to assist the multidisciplinary NCFH research team with conducting and reporting on two Rapid Review projects.
The role will require immediate start and include working collaboratively with the Project Coordinator, library staff and other NCFH Research staff to identify, collate, interpret and analyse relevant peer-review and grey literature and contribute to the reporting of reports for the funding body and for peer-review.
A Bachelor degree or above is required and an understanding of rural health, wellbeing and safety would be highly valued. This position would suit a dynamic person looking for challenging work in a stimulating environment. You will have excellent communication, administration, writing and computer skills with an eye for detail and demonstrated ability to work to strict timelines.
The successful applicant will promote the National Centre for Farmer Health and its partners Deakin University and Western District Health Service, and grow and support links and partnerships with industry and community.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check. Dependant on your position you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
