We are urgently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for an immediate start with one of our Health Services clients based in Osborne Park.

Start: Monday 22nd Feb 2021

Length: 1-2 weeks (but potential for further work in the future)

The Role

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Greeting & registration of Clients

• Answering incoming calls

• Managing and booking appointments for Clients

• Maintaining patient confidentiality

• Accepting payments for consultations/operations and billing through Medicare and Private Health Funds

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 year medical reception experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well to Clients, staff, practitioners and health care professionals

• Ability to pick computer systems quickly and effectively

• Exceptional multitasking, organisational and time management skills

• A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour

• Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct

• Must be reliable and flexible

• Excellent computer, written and verbal skills

• High level of attention to detail and time management skills

• High standard of presentation
