About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a person with a strong administrative and customer service background to join the Planning Administration team at the Shire of Murray.
Reporting to the Coordinator Planning Administration, the main focus of the role will be to provide administration support to Manager’s and Officers within the Planning and Sustainability Directorate. In addition to administration duties, the role will be expected to provide customer service support attending to customer Planning enquiries over the phone and in-person.
The position on offer is a permanent part-time role, working 51 hours (6 days) per fortnight. An EBA Level 5 salary of between $64,056 to $66,977 per annum pro rata dependent upon skills, knowledge and experience will be offered.
Qualification's, Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the delivery of high-level administrative services with advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite and records management systems.
Other inherent requirements include excellent communication, customer service and time management skills, with the role expected to work under minimal supervision and perform the role to a high standard.
