Reporting to the Contract Administration Manager – Rolling Stock, your new position will provide extensive administrative support to the Project Management personnel in their delivery of key tasks and goals. This position will be filled on a 24 month fixed term contract.

Your role will be a varied mix of financial and project administration and will include the below:
• Maintain the monthly report, and running related monthly transaction reports 
• Process and receipt assigned project invoices 
• Provide adequate information to Project Managers around budgets, expenditure, forecasts and progress to accommodate decision making
• Manage, distribute and reconcile petty cash / project related credit card purchases
• Full administrative support to the project team – inclusive of timesheet entry, monthly reporting, leave management, filing, document writing
• Support safety and quality initiatives – inclusive of assigning PPE, management of contractor registers, first aid supplies management

To be successful in this role you will come to us with:

• A relevant qualification in finance/business administration, or extensive relevant experience
• Previous experience in project management processes
• Demonstrated experience in a management support position
• Competent across the whole Microsoft Suite with intermediate Excel ability
• Confident team player, who can communicate with both internal and external staff at all levels
