Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to kick-start their career as a Legal Administration Assistant in this highly regarded CBD Law Firm.

In this role you'll provide administrative assistance to a team of Solicitors and Paralegals and enjoy on-going training, support and mentoring.

Some of your duties will include, but not limited to; 

  • opening new files 
  • editing & amending legal documents
  • mail collection and distribution
  • monthly preparation of client bills
  • attending to photocopying, scanning and sorting documents and correspondence for the team
  • answer overflow telephone calls for the team
  • liaison with clients and other parties
  • archiving and closing of files
  • relief reception
  • other general administrative duties as required to assist the team
Skills and experience we'd love.... 

Ideally you will have previous experience (6 to 12 months), working in an office environment, a good understanding of MS Office, 40wpm typing and excellent communication skills. The completion of a certificate in Legal Business Administration or similar will be highly regarded.

You will also have a friendly, flexible team attitude, an obliging manner and a genuine willingness to learn.
