What You Will Be Doing
• Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet Project and Peninsula Health’s objectives • Provide assistance at user group and stakeholders consultation workshops and prepare and present detailed reports on complex matters.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a collaborative partnership approach. • Assist the Peninsula Health Project Delivery team in ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, government regulations, Peninsula Health’s guidelines and all other relevant guidelines.
• Assist in the delivery of capital projects so as to meet the project objectives, budget, Staff and community expectations
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:• Ability to consult, liaise with key stakeholders
• Previous experience in Health Service capital developments • Extensive experience in preparing briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise language
• Well organised in everything you do. Ability to form relationships with people, by quickly and easily establishing rapport • Ability to maximise your time and get the most out of whatever time you have available
• Big picture thinking and enthusiasm for coming up with new and different approaches. Strive to produce original work through creativity and combining things in imaginative ways • Ability to focus on details, ensuring accuracy
