Located on Beaufort St on trendy Highgate, el Publico is one of Perth's favourite Mexican restaurants serving both modern and traditional Mexican cocina since 2012.
el Publico makes delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine, preferring to make everything in-house, right down to the tortilla's. Of course, critical to the success of the restaurant, is the welcoming environment created by their Front of House staff.
Right now el Publico is looking for new staff to join the Front of House team and complete a Cert III in Hospitality along the way. el Publico is committed to ensuring all patrons and guests receive the best service, and you will be well trained to meet the high expectations of the team.
