ABOUT THE ROLE

Outbound lead generator

  • Immediate start for the right candidate.
  • Full Induction and training provided.
  • 35 hour week. Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.

Whilst industry experience is highly regarded, we are also open to Positive. Passionate & Enthusiastic newcomers as full training is provided. We work with Blue Chip clients in the Insurance and financial industries. 

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High energy, initiative, & motivation.
  • Confidence working in KPI sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills & outstanding telephone manner.
  • Quick learner, flexible and willing to adapt.
  • Proactive, motivated and hungry for money.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport.
