The opportunity

Using your excellent attention to detail you will take ownership in the assessment and preparation of applications to relevant approving authorities.

Working as a critical member of the Prestart team and collaborating with stakeholders you will play an important role in delivering the dream of home ownership.

Responsibilities Include

  • Detailed checking of construction plans
  • Preparing submissions for approval from land developers
  • Preparing submissions to building surveyor for building permits
  • Processing any change requests/clarifications from approving authorities to our plans
  • Closely monitoring approvals workflow to ensure all applications are assessed

Your Skills And Experience

Your experience with residential building and understanding of the new home process will ensure your ongoing success in this role.
