About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Account Director to join our growing sales team in Melbourne.

The Account Director will be reporting to the Head of Sales ANZ based in Sydney. As part of our strong growing global sales team that provides best in class advertising solutions to our clients the position is crucial to grow our business and support our advertising partners in this market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new relationships across the media agency ecosystem as well as some key clients directly. They will be passionate about the advertising industry and the potential Twitch has to bring innovative advertising solutions into the heart of our communities.

You Will:
· Represent Twitch with a high level of integrity and knowledge and act as a resource for clients and their media agencies
· Manage existing and develop new relationships with clients and media agencies
· Collaborate with colleagues in Amazon Australia and across the world to bring innovative and creative advertising solutions to brands.
· Deliver sales targets through new business development & key account management


· Bachelor's degree
· 8+ years of digital marketing, digital brand advertising, digital media Sales experience
· Senior relationships within media buying agencies and brands
· Experience working closely with brands and agencies
· Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues
· Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
· Strong analytical abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through


· Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
· 4+ years selling programmatic and/or data driven ad products or platforms
