The opportunity

Managing a customer portfolio, you’ll guide an efficient and effective customer journey through the Dual Occupancy development process from pre-site and town planning to construction.

You can expect to liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver the dream of home ownership.

Responsibilities Include

• Ensuring process, timeframes, changes and clarifications are clearly explained and understood by customers
• Providing customers clear, accurate plans and documentation
• Progressing jobs from sales acceptance to construction
• Reviewing workflow
• Recording communication and updating file notes
