About the role
The Program Support Manager manages a range of established and new funding contracts, ensuring the monitoring of and reporting on contractual obligations and exploring new business opportunities according to agreed business and strategic goals of Relationships Australia Canberra & Region.
This is an ongoing position available on part time or full-time basis, based in Deakin, ACT or Wagga Wagga, NSW.
To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:
- An appropriate tertiary qualification in management, social science, counselling, mediation, or a related area.
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration, including applying analytical skills to the compilation of reports, program budgets, performance, and evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders, such as multidisciplinary teams, government, other service providers and academia.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication, and time management skills with the ability to prepare tender documents and submissions, policy positions, media releases and a range of other documentation as required by the role.

Salary & Benefits
The salary on offer is in the range of $97,918.49 – $103,259.16 per annum plus superannuation for full time. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.
According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
